How to get a flawless face and no spots?

I've heard that sudocrem works. Is this true?

and vinegar and lemon juice? Sounds silly but this is what I have heard!

I have duac once daily gel. How can I have a smooth flawless face? Loads of my friends seem to. Is showering every day or every other day better? Eating healthily and drinking 8 glasses of water a day helps too apparently?

Please no make up answers. Please give me advice on a flawless face to get naturally. Thank you! :)How to get a flawless face and no spots?
Here's a testimonial from Feroz who suffered from breakouts, acne for 12 years.

Message: mukunda thank you so much, im officially acne free after 2 1/2 weeks. if it wasnt for your advice i dont know what i would have done...one thing i noticed that helped me with mine was vigorously rubbing in olive oil.washing off then applying lavender to afflicted areas....';

Massage using essential oils works wonders. Lavender, almond, grape seed and olive (buy in Walmart or Walgreens, GNC, Trader Joes) have been used by specialists to treat and cure acne. Do not clog, cause breakouts and they can actually reduce skin's oil production.

Treatment: Do a forward and back vigorous massage - not circular - using tips and front of fingers and sometimes palms - depending where on face you apply. Gradually build up to vigorous as skin and hands have to adjust. For quickest results do for 15 to 20 min daily (Doesn't have to be all in one session).

Skin will start to clear, over size pores reduce in as little as 2 to 3 days. Day by day skin will become clearer

.

To prevent skin pulling/stretching first tighten skin(most of face) by opening mouth 3/4';and ,pulling lips tightly back against teeth.

I myself suffer from acne, mild but still bumpy and ugly and gross. I’ve used every product from proactive, Neutrogena, Clearasil, acne free, etc. Even prescription stuff like differin, clindamycin, erythromycin, tetracycline, menocyclin, etc. Nothing works!!!!! But recently I’ve created a new plan altogether that really works even for that stubborn acne that you can’t get rid of. First of all, although most clean and clear products don’t work well, the continuous control acne cleanser works great!! It’s only $5 at target and its 10% benzoyl peroxide which means its strong stuff. But it really helps to extract all that gross puss and bacteria out of the zit and bring it to the surface that way you can exfoliate it off of your skin. Okay, the second thing is that I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. This flushes out all the toxins from your liver that may contribute to your skin problems. I also cut my sugar intake level in half. This is important to do cuz sugar is what gives you those big nasty zits on your forehead and cheeks. The last thing is to avoid touching your face altogether-use an oil absorbing sheet if you have to. Don’t pop them though, and if you must then get one of those extracting tools for pimples from a beauty store. Use a sunscreen when going out and don’t overdo makeup. That’s all the advice I have for you. Drastic results can be seen anywhere from 3-7 days. Good luck 
i sorted all my skin out and i barely get spots anymore but i drink loads of water and kept to a healthy diet and i always take my make-up off before bed and not wearing a lot of it can help and reduce spots also if you really need to use it use a mineral make-up or oil free liquid foundation and i use lots of face washes;

cleansing milk and wash this off too then i put a drop of toner on my face then i use moisturizer this is before bed and in the morning

then i use a pure and radiant mask twice a week and i exfoliate

i know this sounds like a lot but it really works.

i hope you've found this helpful!
I steam my face occasionally, don't wear any make-up and I've just started using this cleanser: https://www.lush.co.uk/index.php?page=sh…

Which is helping immensely, it's all natural ingredients and it works so well =)
do not use harsh chemicals on it
