Yes i admit i squeezed my spots now i have scaring helllppp!!!What is the best way of gettin rid of scaring from spots?
Don't do anything to them. They will go away after a while. Avoid covering it up with concealer/makeup. It makes it worse as the chemicals from cosmetics will add more dirt to skin.





If you need a quick fix, maybe try savlon cream. It works for spots, cuts, etc. Put a bit over the spot and after a day or so, the spot will go down/disappear.





The most important thing is finding out what works for your skin and body, not for everyone in general, as it may not always work for you. Salvon has helped me in the past with cuts and also the odd spot, but my skin does not produce spots often and when it does, I leave it and it disappears after a day. Everyone's body is different.

Depends on the age of the scarring, if it is long term then a process known as dermabrasion is probably the best, it is a form of plastic surgery that removes the top layer of skin, you feel a little sore, and red for a while but it does the job best,......





The squeezing of spots, is not what will cause scarring, leaving them, will, but if you squeeze, then ensure the hands are clean, or use a tissue, but try a Turkish bath or steam room before, or even a hot bath for a while and clean it up afterward, and do NOT pick at any scab formed !!!





If you leave the sebaceous material ( oily plug ), in the skin, the body forms scar tissue around this plug and the cells do so by dying, as the plug can not be re-absorbed, this is what causes deep pitting, and the appearance of the pizza face look, or even pineapple skin,.





Just ensure that a spot is ready for squeezing, first, it is best to ensure it has a yellow head, or a ';blackhead';, (oxidation causes a blackhead, as the oily plug under the dermis, (top layer of skin ) is decaying,) use a damp hot cloth to bring it up to this level if needed, as it causes the pores to open, and start a clean skin regime, daily, catch these at the time and it will not scar, leave it too long and it will.....
I have bad scarring and i'm currently using a gel called Retin-A, prescribed from my doctor.





It basically makes your skin peel faster, making the lower, scarred skin come to the surface and peel off.





Not nice though, your face peels like it got extremely sunburnt, but it works great! Go to your doctor and ask about it.





If not you can seek out medical treatment such as laser and light treatments, or face peels.

you can lighten the spots and even out your skin as my wife did using papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are


available online. These work wonders.

Bio-Oil is good, quite expensive tho, about 7 pound for a bottle but it does last a long time! You can get it from Boots or any chemists or pharmacies

I got bio oil for my sons chicken pox scars and it is brill it costs between 7 and 8 pound it sounds a lot but a bottle will last you forever
Cocoa butter or bio oil.
