How do i get rid of these dark spots and marks on my nose from dry skin?

Over the past couple months ive ben feeling dried out and dehydrated. I went to the doctor to find out i had a sinus infection. But overthat time on my nose i developed dark spots and dark marks on my nose. I think its cuz of the dyness but im not sure. Im african american but lighskinned so it shows badly. Please help How do i get rid of these dark spots and marks on my nose from dry skin?

Drink LOTS and LOTS of water, and put a medicated lotion on your face.
