If you have the money or your parents will buy it for you

Get clinique anti-blemish range

i used a lot of things to get rid of spots and i found this really worked and they gave me really good advice

also cut down on makeup and make Sure you take every bit of,

don't use a a gritty exfoliator as this just rips the heads of the spots of and spreads the bacteria.

if your on a budget, get garnier pure range, thats good the sos pen is amazing and the 3 in 1 mask does everything it claims

hope this helpsHow can i get rid of my spots? without going to the doctor or buying something x?
If you've tried using Clearasil and other drugstore remedies and they didn't work, it's best to go to a doctor.

There are different causes of spots - hormonal, dietary, bacterial. A doctor will help discover the cause, then come up with the best treatment for you. If it's bacterial, the only way to deal with it is through antibiotics or other prescription medicines. Nothing you put on your skin will be able to address this problem. If it's hormonal, there are other treatments you can take - birth control pills are one option though there are others.

One thing you can try on your own is to go on a gluten-free diet for 2 weeks. Many people get spots as a reaction if they are gluten intolerant and don't know it. You can do a google search for gluten free diets to find out what foods you can and can't eat. It's not no carb because you can still eat things like rice, just not wheat and some other grains
Makeup: minimise because it also has a tendancy to cause spots

Junk food: NOOOO

Wash your face: with a good soap or clenser (always wash with water at least once a day because cleansing lotions can also cause problems if left on the skin for too long) twice a day.

Eat fruit and vedge and drink lots of water: yep

If you have greasy skin try using a clay mask now and then, to get rid of excess grease.

Teatree oil is good and spots (so is aloe vera, salt water and tooth paste but you have to wash the toothpaste of about an hour or two after)

Make sure you wash your hair regularly (every other day or atleast twice a week) and don't touch your hair then touch your face too often- you can spread grease that way...

Most of my recommendations further on are already recommended for you.... you've got a really good pick here!

Hope that helps a little.
Drink lots of water (about 8 glasses a day) It will help you a little bit in clearing the toxins in your skin.

Eating junk food and sweets is not the best for your skin.

Eat more veggies and fruits and no fried foods at all. (I know this will work because I am doing it and it works like a charm)(I have other friends who tried this as well and they are very happy with it)

If that does not work to your satisfaction, you may want to use an over the counter lotion or cream to clear your skin In addition to doing the previous suggestion. If it still does not work, you might need to go to the doctor. Some people can do all of them and still not have clear skin. I hope you are not one of them. Good luck!!
You're at an age where you're going to have spots but going to the doctors isn't necessary and can be quite embarrassing. I'd suggest just cleansing reguarly and taking off make up before going to bed etc.

Also drink the recommended amount of water daily and try to eat fruit and veg (:

dont wear any make up

if you feel too self conscious to do so always clean every bit off with soap and water.

use toothpaste, (you have to buy it but people usually have it)

or the best way is going to a hot exotic place the heat clears it away.

try steaming, but i'v never tried it, but iv tried all the others. they usually work but it all depends on your skin type.
im ur age and have the same problem i know you dont want to buy something but i use clinque anti blemish system in morning and clean and clear advantage quick treatment daily wash at night and my skin is clearing up nicely if u wear make up go for oil free i have tried toothpaste on spots but it can sometimes make the spots more agressive also my dad suffered from the same thing n dove soap n water can also help clear up bad skin
Whether you like it or onot only your doctor can analyze your skin spot cause it comes out naturally from your skin. there are causes of spots whether it is internal or external from your skin ask your doctor about it. it might be a serious problem we cannot tell you unless we see it.
i have the same problem. adding salt to a face wash can work because it exfoliates and opens up your skin

take off make up in the evening and wash face regularly

also drink lots of water
you need to look at your diet, keep off junk and wash your face regularly throughout the day. At your age you should expect your complexion not to be the greatest but it will get better.
