How can i get rid of spots quickly ?

I use Clearasil face wash and i drink 2 litres of water a day and wash my face twice a day.... and i still get spots.... i was wondering if there was anything else i could do ?How can i get rid of spots quickly ?
I suffer from the exact same thing, so i know how frustrating it can be!

There are a few simple easy steps to acheving clear skin...

DO'S

1. Every morning and evening wet face with warm water to open pours, wash with a gentle soap to remove dirt and grease, then rinse with cold water to close pours and fill sink with really cold water and put your face in it! Works a treat

2. Drink plenty of water, and eat lots of fruit and veg!

3. Keep hair off face!

DONT'S

1. Touch spots

2. Put make up on them

3. Use any products, even ones formulated for spots they don't work!!

4. Try not to pluck eyebrows in the area of spots, it may aggrovate them.

Good luck and i hope it works for you!!How can i get rid of spots quickly ?
Here are some ideas..

- try another face wash, and make sure you wash your face every day and after exercise.

- you can get tea tree oil sticks to put on spots, that help get rid of them.

- during the day, you can cover them up with concealer. you may want to get a concealer that also helps spots at the same time.

- %26amp; keep up with the drinking water and washing face.

if they get really bad, and really won't go away, try going to the chemists to get a very good cream.

hope this helps :)
you are overwashing the skin and clearasil is too powerful

get some nivea sensitive face wash, drink 2 litres a day, and get 2 shoers a day, dont wash face any more as it removes oils which is bad.
