What are these red spots appearing on my face?

I have had a few red spots appear on my face. Some of these dots have been here for years. I have one on my chest that has been there for three years. They have now started to appear on my arms as well. They are not pimples and they do not itch or hurt in any way.. Just wish they would stop showing up and I could get rid of them? There's a lot of different kinds of acne...that sounds like one. It also could be a form of eczema... I would google it if i were you.What are these red spots appearing on my face?

I think they are broken blood vessels, i've had one on my nose for about a year, so annoying! i don't think they are anything to worry about, i sometimes get one on my hand that last a while but them disappears, so i'm hoping this one on my nose with clear of just the same! :)
