I have been to dermatoligist after dermatologist and I have't found a Dr. that can completely remove my hair bumps and black spots. I'm ready to look into to plastic surgery.... Does anyone has any recommendations before I proceed with surgery?How cannot get rid of the hair bumps and black spots on my neck?
