My eyes look like it has outrageous eyebags because of the dark circles under my eyes. So now it looks dark and i look horrible. They arent exactly eyebags, but it looks like it since the color is slightly blackish/grey. I dont know if this is the reason, but almost everyday I only get about 6 hours of sleep, on the computer or tv for almost the whole day, like 10 hours. Could that be the reason? I eat alright, I dont drink milk and don't eat junk food.
Please suggest something that doesn't include makeup. How to get rid of dark spots under eyes?
TIPS:
Try drinking two glasses of cranberry juice a day, you will need to do this for at least a week before you start noticing a difference.
Food allergies and sensitivities play a major part in under-eye circles. Processed foods with artificial colors and preservatives as well as milk allergies can cause this problem.
Search the Internet which abounds with home remedies. While the most common are cucumbers and tea bags, there are a number of others. Feel free to test them out, as some may work for some people, but use common sense.
Vitamin K cream helps to diminish dark under eye circles.
The ingredient in Preparation H that once could shrink the area around the eyes is no longer put in the product in the US, according to their website, so unless you live in Canada, just pass on the Hemorrhoid creams.
Cutting onions can help you to cry out some of the moisture under and around your eyes. However it isn't recommended that you carry out this procedure daily but done short-term, it will reduce the darkness under the eyes somewhat. Using the tea bag method under your eyes straight afterwards also helps. The puffiness may not reduce immediately but it will shortly afterwards.
Another trick is to put two tablespoons in the freezer for few minutes and apply on the eyes for few seconds, until they are warm. Re-apply if necessary.
Dark circles may be caused by inflamed or enlarged veins beneath the skin. Try taking butcher's broom. Taken daily, this common herb (used to treat weak circulation, hemorrhoids and varicose veins) has been effective in reducing dark circles.
Wear sunscreen under your eyes, and if you wear it all the time(as you should), try to put a stronger spf under your eyes than you do on your face. This way, the skin under your eyes does not darken as quickly as the rest of your face; so your circles seem lighter. If you do this all year, you may end up not needing concealer at all.
Try eye exercises. It can rejuvenate your periorbital skin by improving circulation.
Many facial makeup products these days contain some level of spf. Read the labels carefully to determine if your makeup is protecting your skin already. Usually, they contain 10-15% spf.
BUT THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF THM IS GETTING ATLEAST 8 HRS OF SLEEP....PLZ TRY AND GET ENOUGH AND SUM GOOD SLEEP.....TC!How to get rid of dark spots under eyes?
Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles.
vitamin E oil, olive oil, cucumbers, concealer %26amp; a doctor can also help. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience.
Drink lots of water, maybe cut down on the computer time if you can and take those few extra hours to sleep longer.
The water thing really helps, trust me. Drink tons of water. Always have yourself armed with a glass of it, you'll casually sip on it without thinking, especially when you're on the computer.
Serious about that sleep thing though
I think you must need to have a GOODNIGHT SLEEP. sleep for 8 to 10 hours. sleep earl too. eat nutritious foods.
the best way to hide is to use a concealer, a lot of celebrities uses it and it's good and by the way it's just mild and you can go to the derma if u want to
try getting more sleep.....6 hours isn't a whole lot.... try getting 7-8 hours instead of 6... it might not completely vanish but should improve! hope i helped.....p.s looking at the computer too long can make your eyes feel bad which could also be part of the problem......
Put sliced cucumber over your eyes to avoid developing dark circles. do it every time you feel your eyes tried....
