Age spots is there a product out that that will fade these annoying spots on the face?

in the last year my sister has developed like about 10 brown age spots on her face, some are small some are a bit larger. she has tried olay (prox) discoloration cream %26amp; now using just a cover up, her age is 59.Age spots is there a product out that that will fade these annoying spots on the face?
There are quite a few...but there are ones made for asian skins that seem to be most effective. I recommend trying one called 21 days - you can buy it on eBay.





Then of course there's 'fade out' cream and also the 'Olay - 7 signs of aging' one. But I think the ones made specifically as 'skin lightening creams' are going to be the most effective.
