Any know i good fast solution for getting rid of spots?

cannot get rid of them, been drinking lots of water, eating healthily and its not hormonal i wear foundation but i make sure and wash it off every night and its oil free...please help!!Any know i good fast solution for getting rid of spots?
Washing off make up is a good start but you need to cleanse aswell because washing doesnt get rid of everything unfortuanately!!

Benzyol Peroxide (Panadol, Quincaderm)

A really good cream/gel for getting rid of acne and black heads. You can get it practically anywhere and its very cheap.

A Good regime is to wash face (neutragena or simple face washes)

pat dry

leave face for 5 mins

apply cream

let sink in for 5-10 mins, then apply moisturiser/make up (if worn)

Another good product (though expensive) is clinique clarifying lotion. Its an exfoiliator but looks like a toner. IT really cleans your skin. its about 拢12.60 in Tesco or Superdrug (Larger stores)...more expensive if you buy in a department store.

Also try to drink more water even if its the flavoured one or fizzy water. I do it by small cups rather then trying to drink a whole bottle.

Try to eat healthier, cut out fatty foods or cut down.

Make sure you take your make up off if you wear it and try to give your skin a chance to breathe.

Hope all this helps, Good LuckAny know i good fast solution for getting rid of spots?
You cant get rid of them they will be there for as long as they want. My mate had them all the way up to being 20 then he was given something that dried out the skin, but he has now got bad joints instead and will probaly only be working into his 40s so not a good deal if you ask me. So dont take those things just leave it they will go with time you just have to wait
hi the best solotion is freederm,my son had spots ,since he as used this there ave all gone he now as lovely skin try it u can get it from the chemist
If it's bad see a doctor
See a dermatologist. He/she would be more through than us trying to guess at your ';spots. Their Rx would would fit you like a glove.
How bad are they? If it's just a few spots every now and then, try an off-the-shelf cleanser like Clearasil or Tea Tree Oil, or some pore-cleansing pads. There's lots of different products - see what works for you.

Unfortunately I don't wear foundation so don't know how that affects things. Eating healthily and drinking water is all good, though. Vitamin C is particularly good I believe.

If it's more serious and you're regularly covered in spots, go see your GP. I had serious acne for years and tried everything, but then I got some decent antibiotics and they're finally gone :)

EDIT: I don't know what Mark J's friend was taking, but you CAN do something about them. They don't always go on their own, and in bad cases can leave you with scars (believe me, my face is proof), so there's no reason not to treat them.
Well i had a lot of spots but i then started using clearasil and mousturiser every night and i also used sudocrem everey night when i went to bed but it leaves white marks on your pillow
drink lot of water.

dont pop or prick at the break outs.

wash ur face 3 times n dont use soap.

dont use toothpastes on face

massage ur face with almond oil for 5 min n then let it stay for 30 min n then wipe off with damp cloth.

Use a mud mask twice a week n dont move when u use it.

Gud luck, dats all i did to be clean n clear from my troubled face
I use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are

available on line. Maybe it will work on you too.

Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
