How can I get rid of my back acne spots?

I've went on oral medication for acne control, but now I would like to know how I can get my spots/scars to go away. Are there any creams that anyone knows of that has worked so far?How can I get rid of my back acne spots?

try finding a body wash that has exfoliating beads in it and if u cant reach ur back in the shower they have a special brush for it.
