If you don't want to wait for a product to work and want to stay away from a foundation type makeup. Use a spray on face tanner to even out your skin. I use them all of time. I love it!

i have alot on my back too and my arms but they've all flattened out and faded (thank god as its nearly my holidays very embarresing in ur swimming gear with a spotty back) theyv nerly all gone thanks to clinique anti blemish body spray
quite pricey but it works fab and it lasts for ages!! and doesnt stain clothes

neutrogena are a good range, 99% of there products are under 5 pounds, lotion is 2.99 ,wash is 3.80
use visably clear by neutrogena, they are the bright orange range.

You can get it from your doctor - it actually DOES work. I have bad acne on my cheeks and am about to start roaccutane for it but my back is completley clear from using the brevoxyl cream.
our skin at the back traps the most dirt and oil that clog the pores, hence, causing the blemishes...exfoliate with st. ives apricot scrub once a week to remove the dead skin cells, excess dirt and oils accumulated.. gradually, this will clear your skin of any spot.
tea tree oil body wash from the body shop is great for oily, spotty skin
Speak to Doctor might need antibiotics

I think they are broken blood vessels, i've had one on my nose for about a year, so annoying! i don't think they are anything to worry about, i sometimes get one on my hand that last a while but them disappears, so i'm hoping this one on my nose with clear of just the same! :)

I have really bad spots on my forehead, only they aren't really spot rather loads of bumps that look like they are about to break out. I have some that are broken out as well and they go really red and itchy. Don't do anything to them. They will go away after a while. Avoid covering it up with concealer/makeup. It makes it worse as the chemicals from cosmetics will add more dirt to skin.
If you need a quick fix, maybe try savlon cream. It works for spots, cuts, etc. Put a bit over the spot and after a day or so, the spot will go down/disappear.
The most important thing is finding out what works for your skin and body, not for everyone in general, as it may not always work for you. Salvon has helped me in the past with cuts and also the odd spot, but my skin does not produce spots often and when it does, I leave it and it disappears after a day. Everyone's body is different.

I have bad scarring and i'm currently using a gel called Retin-A, prescribed from my doctor.
It basically makes your skin peel faster, making the lower, scarred skin come to the surface and peel off.
Not nice though, your face peels like it got extremely sunburnt, but it works great! Go to your doctor and ask about it.
If not you can seek out medical treatment such as laser and light treatments, or face peels.
