I notice that whenever i use powder, black spots will appear at the front of my nose. what is it? can i use concealer to hide them? As far as i know it's not a blackhead and when i don't wear make up, the black spot is not there.Why do i have black spots on my nose after makeup?

If you are wearing mascara it is probably your mascara flaking.
