What can i do to get rid of spots caused by eating too much chocolate?
I drink plenty of water which is supposed to give u clearer skin but has anybody else got any solutions?
thanxWhat can i do to get rid of spots caused by eating too much chocolate?
Are you sure that the spots are caused by eating chocolate? If so, then stop eating chocolate. But i think that chocolate is not to blame any more for causing spots. I had spots for decades and i have read a lot of things about this problem. The only thing that can REALLY help you is either an antibiotic cream like INDOXYL or the famous ROACUTAN pills. For both you need to go to the doctor. Drinking water will not do any good, since the problem is infection of the skin. Take my advise seriously cause i got rid of my spots which made my life a hell for decades. Good luck. What can i do to get rid of spots caused by eating too much chocolate?
Dont eat so much chocolate
just stop eating it so much cut down and consult ur doctor if problem still persists you may have to go under theropy
Skin reacts to to unnatural foods (unless of course, you're allergic), not natural foods. Eat more organic food..most of the food we eat today is ';frankenfood';. That's why you're breaking out.
Wipping your face after eating chocolate should work (lol), if not use Artistry you can check it out @ http://quixtar.com , Anti-Blemish and say hello to clearer skin.
Its a fact that chocolate does NOT give you spots. It might just be your age. If its bothering you, see a doctor or ask at a chemist what the best thing is to keep your skin clearer.
chocolate does not give u spots....fact.
Just stop eating chocolate
stop eating too much chocolate!
Good Luck
chocolates dont actually cause spots and try using quinoderm, it got rid of my spots and is available without perscription from the chemistgold eyeshadow

Can you recommend a mineral foundation which covers spots?
I tried Collection 2000's mineral make up and was very disappointed. I need one that will give quite heavy coverage. Can you recommend a mineral foundation which covers spots?
Any mineral foundation will work. You must use a concealer to cover spots. Schedule a appointment at a makeup booth in the mall. They will do a free consultation to find what foundation and concealer will work for your skin tone. Can you recommend a mineral foundation which covers spots?
Hi, stay away from store brands they use cheap fillers and toxic chemicals that can aggravate and make more spots. Maybelline uses, synthetic wax to coat theirs and also uses bismuth oxychloride whic is a known skin irritant (can cause itching, rash, acne etc..)
I highly recommend Faerie Organic Minerals. They look completely natural yet cover very well. I am a professional makeup artist and I have used it on some pretty bad acne and it covers really well. Their concealer covers everything. Acne, dark areas, veins etc, Their makeup is All Natural, No bismuth oxychloride, no fillers talc, cornstarch etc.. You can see a photo of a girl with a very red face on their site and how well it covers. My clientele loves it. They have a free sample kit at their site so you can try it first (you just pay shipping). Just email them and I'm sure they will send you a sample of the concealer with the kit, they do stuff like that all the time for me. Check it out here........http://www.faerieorganic.com Oh, BTW they have an awesome Acne Kit, I personally use it and it has worked wonders.
ive bought maybellines..it was 拢9.99 which is good as others are like around 拢13-15. it does the same as the others as ive used loreals but i think the colours are better too with maybellines..it dosnt totally cover your spots if their big...if little then yea..but most foundations dont apart from liquid. dab abit of concealers on the big ones.

Maybelline, Dream Matte Mousse.
It works for me :)

I get the best coverage using KmS Mineral Essentials concealer and foundation. I use a flat brush which helps to apply the makeup a little heavier. Love it.
I bought maybellines, but you still have to apply concealer before any coverage. I was impressed it was pricey at 拢11.
bare escentuals is very nice mineral makeup. their 'bisque' color works well as a concealer. they sell a reasonably priced starter kit with brushes, etc.
MK is the best and I use it faithfully. Click the link below to check it out. You can also order on line

Blood spots on new tattoo that wont come off?
I just got my tattoo a few hours ago and on the spot were the color is a light green you can see little spots of dried blood, it wont come off should i be worried?Blood spots on new tattoo that wont come off?
dont freak this is very common, and will dissapear as the tattoo heals, remember to follow the instructions for care of your tattoo (Im assuming you were given some but if not see below)
The Tattoo machine, in a simplified explanation, operates like a mini-sewing machine: the Tattoo needle that is attached to the Tattoo needle bar moves up and down very rapidly as it penetrates the superficial (epidermis) and the middle layer (dermis) of the skin. This process creates a superficial abrasion to the skin that is only about as deep as the thickness of your fingernail. Properly and professionally done, Tattoos cause minimal trauma to the skin and heal very quickly.
For the first three days....absolutely...
#No skin to skin contact with people or pets.
#No scratching.
#No picking.
#No peeling.
#No swimming.
#No sauna.
#No Jacuzzi.
#No tub.
#No sun.
#No tanning salon.
#No contact sports.
#No shaving.
Listen to your own artists aftercare instructions. They know more about your specific needs.
No matter how tempted you are to show off your new tattoo, leave the bandage on for at least 3 hours.
From the 2nd day - wash your tattoo with mild soap twice daily using only your hand. (no washcloths!)
After washing your tattoo, carefully pat it dry with an fresh towel or paper towel.
For the first 3 days, apply anti-bacterial ointment very lightly after washing. Allowing Tattoos to dry prolongs the healing time, producing a dry scab and loss of ink. (Bepanthen can be bought from your local chemist and is what my step daughter recommends however if you suffer from skin allergies check the ingrediants as it contains lanolin) and It is true that Petroleum jelly or any petroleum based products tend to drain the color from a Tattoo.
At night, just before bed, wipe the area down lightly with alcohol to help control microorganisms on the surface of the skin during your hours of sleep. Then wipe over a layer of ointment. Continue this until the tattoo has healed.
After the third day, you can start applying lotion (such as Lubriderm) to your tattoo several times a day (a minimum of 4 times per day) to keep the scab from becoming stiffened (this is a major cause of tattoos becoming patchy)
If your tattoo itches, don't scratch it! Instead, slap it lightly to make the itch go away.
Your tattoo may start to peel. DONT PICK AT IT!!! Let it peel by itself and keep apply lotion to keep it moist.
Once it is healed, apply sunblock before spending an extended time outside.
You may want to have it touched up every few years to keep it looking new and vibrant.
Tips:
Try to keep that tatoo dry during showers and only wet it when washing by hand until healed
Do not, at any time, scrub your tattoo before it is fully healed.
Your tattoo's worst enemy is the sun. Protect it with sunblock to keep the color from fading.
A tattoo is considered completely healed when it is about 3 months old.
If you experience any problems with the aftercare instructions or products recommended here, discontinue use immediately!Blood spots on new tattoo that wont come off?
Its normal, I wouldnt worry about it, if you bled constantly like everyone else does, then all that happened was the blood kept coming out even when the tattoo was done, and it dried up from the air in the atmosphere, just wash the tattoo with your finger and some unscented soap and warm water. Do not use alot of pressure when doing it. Really you should wash the tattoo an hour after getting it, for this reason. But some of the blood wont come off either way, it'll come off when it begins to heal and scab over.
I know its a pain to wait, but its okay, just dont pick it off, you could ruin the tattoo. Keep it moisturized, I bet it'll come off the next time you take a shower. Thats when mine always came off, just remember dont let water stay on the tattoo and pat dry with a towel, and immediatly put bacitracin, A%26amp;D or whatever they told you to on it. I go with bacitracin, its the best for tattoos in my opinion, better than the tattoo goo too.
No, a tattoo is an injury to your skin. A cool injury, but still, just use the goop they told you to use on it and keep it covered as long as they told you to and it'll be fine. The blood is from the needles. Don't poke at it and expect some peeling after a few days but don't pick at it!
Mine got infected which you probably won't have to worry about (I think I was allergic to the red ink) but it turned out fine and I still love it 15 yrs later.
No its nothing to worry about its a fresh tattoo so of course its going to bleed wait a while b4 trying to wash it off bcuz u dnt want to mess ur tattoo up...
Very normal, a tat is an open wound. just keep it clean and take care of it as your artist recommended.

Hw do i iget rid of the dark spots after having pimples?
after having a pimple or two on my cheek, it leaves a darker spot than the colour of my skin. right now, it looks ugly because i have fair skin with a few spots here n there. some of the spots have been there for about half a year...help me! thanks lots!Hw do i iget rid of the dark spots after having pimples?
read tips on treating acne, skincare and reducing scars to help you more on this siteHw do i iget rid of the dark spots after having pimples?
Let me tell you something. I am 25 yrs old and I had pimples since I was 19 yrs old. I always had trouble getting rid of them and the dark spots after them. I have tried everything to get rid of them and the dark spots. I even tried Proactive. If you find something that works let me know. Good Luck!!!!
Look for fade cream type products that have hydroquinone. You have to faithfully apply it everyday and it can cause drying so make sure it's only on the spots. Other than that, time alone usually fades them.
There are bleaching creams like concha nacar or something like that or you can also try a teaspoon of honey mixed with a teaspoon of nutmeg. Rinse it off after 20 min. with cool water. Do this twice a week and you should see a difference within a couple of weeks. To help avoid getting pimples to begin with try changing your pillow case at least 2 x's a week since you figure you spend 6 to 8 hours rubbing your face on the pillow case and dead skin and other residue containing bacteria build up on the material and are happy to cause your skin problems. Vitamin e is also good and aloe vera. Lemon juice is also good. I have been told that onion juice mixed with vineger rubbed on the spots works to but the smell I dont think I could handle. My mother says buttermilk compresses for 20 min. twice a day does the trick because of the lactic acid found in milk products . Hope one of these things helps.
Use a scrub or microderm to get rid of those. Try Philosopgy Vitamin C microderm process. It does a lot for your skin, including preventing your skin from acne.

mary kay has some wonderful prodcuts to even your skin tone. for one is the even complexion essence. i recommend using it with their timewise 3 in one cleanser. you can also use the microdermabrasion set. i have an uneven skin tone and it has helped me alot, its getting better everyday!
I use cocoa butter, Not the cream or lotion, but the one that looks like a big chapstick. It's pure cocoa butter and it helps to fade away spots. I use it under my eyes as well to fade away my dark under eye circles.

Is there anyway you can get rid of small red spots in between the mouth and lip quickly? Please help!?
What do you mean...between the mouth and lip...is it acne..or do you have a rashIs there anyway you can get rid of small red spots in between the mouth and lip quickly? Please help!?
Do you mean cold sores?

Cold sores are caused by herpes simplex virus type 1. Type 1 is not a STD. 90% of people have been exposed to the virus and carry antibodies for it though only about 10% actually get cold sores. Flare ups can occur when you exposed to a virus with fever, too much sun, or stressed out. If this is what it is try Abreva. Is there anyway you can get rid of small red spots in between the mouth and lip quickly? Please help!?
1. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day (but don't go crazy because you can make yourself ill).
2. Dab either toothpaste, tea tree oil or whatever on yout spots before bed to dry them up - whatever works best for yout skin type.
3. Try to wear hardly any foundation, concealer or any other make-up on your skin because it will only clog them. If you absolutly have to , wear a treated product like almay and an oil free base.
4. Get fresh air! Get outside and let your skin breath.
5. Do a face mask every week. Choose one that best suits your skin type.
6. Try to keep your hair off your face and don't be tempted to tounch your skin or pick your spots. It only spreads them.
%26amp;. Eat healthily and get plenty of sleep.
9. Go to your GP and check you don;t have an intolerence to a type of food. I absolutly love cereal and couldnt stop eating and my skin was awful. Turned out I had an intolerence to wheat! Make sure you check!
10. If you have a school holiday coming up, vow to yourself to do everything you can to clear up your skin. Trust me it works if you stick to it!

How can I get rid of these little brown faded spots on my face?
I was old that I got these due to stress, about a year ago my face was pure clear and now just covered with brown spots. How can I get rid of them?
ThanksHow can I get rid of these little brown faded spots on my face?
Color of skin or light brown spotted skin which is due to heredity, could not change.
You can use Almond oil massage for 15 minutes daily in day time. Second one, make a thin paste of Sandalwood powder and water,
apply at bed time daily and wash with lukewarm water in the morning.
Use both the application I think you will get good result.
all the best. How can I get rid of these little brown faded spots on my face?
You Idiot. He has no idea what he is talking about and that **** wont work-good luck cause those spots will still be there Report Abuse
If you never wore sunscreen or been out in the sun they could be freckles which is your skins' way of tanning. First favor you can do for yourself is wear sunscreen EVERY DAY even if you wont be outside very long or if it is cloudy. Also, before trying a laser therapy you could try a few sessions of microdermabrasion which is a little cheaper. There are creams that are formulated to break up the pigments that make up your spots to where they are also faded or less noticeable such as one by clinique called Even Better skin tone corrector. Good luck
p.s. the first two answer are wrong. Just because her aunt is a dermatologist doesnt mean she knows anything about skin and laser therapy is a last resort option and very costly and also brown spots / freckles are not hereditary but the type of skin you have IS and rubbing oils will not do crap.
Hmmm .. Stress can do this but are you sure they're not from the sun?
because you can remove them thru Laser treatment. My aunty is a dermatologist and she does these things all the time %26amp; 69 % of the time it's because of the sun. you can also try by maybe using creams and relaxing a bit . find a bit of you time if it's due to stress.
hope this helped!
They migtht be freckles?? If not if you had spots on your face and didnt get rid of them properly they leave a small brown scar that is permament sorry.
Hope i helped.
